Hoe Toa

Hoe Toa started as a canoe production business from 2010 to 2013 and was the vehicle through which the Manini canoe was developed.

After a limited run of 5 canoes, I moved to Hawaii and canoe production and development stopped. Development was expensive and funded entirely with personal money. The business was R&D heavy, I started under-capitalised and the 'runway' ran out very quickly.
